Ingredients:
– 300 g pasta (fusilli or other favorite) 

– 1 can of tuna in oil or its own juice, drained 

– 1/2 cucumber, finely diced 

– 1 red pepper, finely diced 

– 1 green pepper, finely diced 

– 1 small onion, finely chopped 

– 1 cup corn (canned, cooked or frozen) 

– Salt and pepper to taste 

– 3 tablespoons of olive oil 

– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional) 

– Fresh herbs to taste (e.g. parsley, chives)
