
RECIPE FOR COLD PASTA SALAD WITH TUNA
1. **Preparation of Pasta:**
– Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in salted water until al dente. 



– Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta. 

2. **Preparation of Vegetables:**
– Cut the cucumber, red and green peppers into small cubes 





– Finely chop the onion 

-If you use frozen corn, cook it according to the instructions on the package and let it cool. 

3. **Preparing the Sauce:**
– In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard (if using) 





– Season with salt and pepper 

4. **Combining the Salad:**
– Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the sauce 

– Add chopped vegetables, corn and drained tuna 



– Mix gently so that all ingredients are well covered with sauce 

– Add fresh herbs to taste 

5. **Serving:**
– Let the salad rest in the fridge for a while to let the flavors blend. 



– Serve cold as a main course or side dish
