Zucchini and sausage skewers: the second course that is very quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS

3 courgettes (medium)
480g sausage
120g cheese
Breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil

Rinse the courgettes, remove the ends and cut them into thin slices (possibly with a mandolin or a potato peeler).
Remove the meat from the sausage, mix it lightly with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and form balls of more or less the same size.
Cut the cheese into cubes and place a piece of cheese in the center of each ball.
