Zucchini and sausage skewers: the second course that is very quick to prepare!
Wrap each meatball with the slice of zucchini. Thread 4 skewers onto each wooden skewer.
Coat the skewers in breadcrumbs, arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on top.
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
