Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup white chocolate chips
– 1 cup chopped pecans
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup milk
– White chocolate ganache for frosting
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, white chocolate chips, and chopped pecans. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
