Stuffed Cheese Balls


Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Coating:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and combined.
Form the Cheese Balls: Scoop out portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the Cheese Balls: Prepare a breading station with three bowls: one containing flour, another with the beaten eggs, and the third holding a mix of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Roll each cheese ball first in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finish by coating it with the breadcrumb mixture.
