2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Toppings:
1 cup chocolate ganache
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate shavings
1/4 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup whipped cream (for garnish)

Prepare the Crust:
Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare the Filling:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble:
Spread the filling over the crust.
