Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
200 g sugar (1 cup)
500 ml cream (2 cups)
Preparation:
Start by peeling the ripe bananas and cutting them into slices. Then, place them in a freezer-safe container and leave them in the freezer for at least two hours, or until they are completely frozen.
Once the bananas are frozen, remove them from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
Place the frozen bananas and sugar in a food processor or powerful blender. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
