Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Lasagna 


1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat while you prepare the other components.
2. Cook the lasagna noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and set them aside.
3. Prepare the garlic butter shrimp scampi: Melt ¼ cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, releasing its flavor. Next, toss in the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using), and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Set this shrimp mixture aside.
4. Make the white sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes until slightly golden. Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Continue whisking until the sauce thickens. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
