300 g (10.6 oz) cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
200 g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

1 egg, beaten
50 g (1.76 oz) pressed cheese, grated (for garnish)
For the sauce:
4 egg yolks
100 g (3.5 oz) melted butter
20 ml (0.7 fl oz) lemon juice
50 ml (⅕ cup) milk
2 g (0.07 oz) hot paprika
Directions:
1. Make the puff pastry rolls: Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, feta, grated pressed cheese and parsley until well combined.

2. Assemble the rolls: Spread the cheese mixture on each rectangle of puff pastry and roll them up. Place the rolls on a baking sheet (30 x 40 cm / 12 x 16 in) lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the remaining grated pressed cheese.
