Recipe 1: Banana Cake

Ingredients:
1 kg unsalted crackers;
4 large bananas;
1 liter of sour cream;
0.5 kg of sugar;
100 grams. chocolate.
Cooking method:
1. Whip the cream with the sugar. Cut the bananas into thin slices.
2. Place the cookies on a plate, pour cream over them and put a slice of banana on each cookie. Then another layer of crackers, cream, banana. When arranging the layers, keep the order of the checkerboard, i.e. place a banana on a cookie, a cookie on a banana, etc. The last layer should be crackers covered with sour cream.
3. After decorating our cake with grated chocolate and crushed cookies, we leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Recipe 2: Cookie sponge cake with cream

This cake is a bit more difficult to prepare than the previous one. However, if you try it, you will not regret choosing this recipe, because the delicate cream and walnuts make its taste simply unbeatable.
Ingredients:
300 g cookies;
300 g butter;
300 g sugar;
1 egg;
300 g milk;
1 tsp. potato starch;
2 cups peeled walnuts;
Vanillin to taste.
Cooking method:
1. Dissolve the flour in half a glass of warm milk and pour this mixture into a saucepan with a glass of boiling milk. Cook until thickened, stirring, then cool.
2. Cream the butter with the sugar and eggs, mix everything with the cooled flour mixture and vanilla.
3. Grind the cookies in a meat grinder, chop the nuts, pour everything into the resulting cream and mix well.
4. Line the form with wax paper and place the resulting dough in it, level it with a knife and put it in the fridge for a few hours. Then, after removing it from the form and removing the paper, decorate it with halves of chopped walnuts and cookies.
Recipe 3: No-Bake Fruit Cake
Description:
This cake is very popular in the summer because it is light, delicate and very pretty. You can also choose the fruit to prepare according to your own preferences.
Ingredients:
700 g soft biscuits;
0.5 liter. 25% cream;
25 g gelatin;
200 g sugar;
3 bananas;
3 oranges;
3 kiwis;
2 large apples;
according to taste and possibilities – berries.
Cooking method:
1. Pour water over gelatin and prepare according to the instructions on the package. Clean the fruit and cut it into small pieces, remembering to leave 1 fruit for decoration. Wash the berries and dry them with absorbent paper.
2. Mix cream with sugar, fruit and dissolved gelatin, mix well.
3. Dip each cookie in the mixture and place in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cream and fruit mixture.
4. After cutting the reserved fruit into thin slices, cover the surface of the cake with it along with the berries, which are then left to soak for a few hours in a cool place.
