Ingredients:

3 potatoes
Water
Salt
5-6 green onion leaves
4-5 parsley leaves
1 tbsp butter (15g)
Red chili pepper
Black pepper
4-5 tbsp cornstarch (40-50g)
Fireproof baking paper
Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Vegetable oil
Instructions:

Prepare the potatoes:

Chop 3 potatoes as shown in the video.
Add water to cover the potatoes.
Add salt.
Cook until the potatoes are tender.
Save the potato water to use in soup recipes if desired.
Prepare the green onions and parsley:

Finely chop 5 to 6 green onion leaves.
Finely chop 4 to 5 parsley leaves.
Cook the vegetables:

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter (15g) in a frying pan.
Add the chopped green onions and parsley.
Season with red pepper, black pepper and salt.
Mix well.
