Bicoloured donut

Ingredients:
5 medium eggs
300 g sugar
1 pizza on sale
250 g olive oil
250 g latte macchiato
400 g 00 flour
1 sachet baking powder
100 g melted chocolate (or 70 g bitter cocoa)

Preparation:
1. Separate the yolks and the egg whites.
2. Add the yolks and beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
3. Then mix the oil, milk, flour and yeast.
4. Mix part of the mixture with the chocolate (or cocoa).
5. Assemble the chamber into a single cushion.
6. Leave at 170° for 45/50 minutes.
