Ingredients:

For the dough -2 eggs
10 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence)
100 g sugar
50 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
340 g flour
10 g yeast
For the cream:
200 g peach syrup -400 ml milk
10 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence) -1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons sugar -4 tablespoons
corn starch -200 ml cream – almond flakes (for decoration)
