Recipe for homemade milk burgers

Here’s a recipe for homemade, soft and delicious milk burgers:

Ingredients:
For the milk buns:
500g 00 flour
250ml warm whole milk
50g soft butter
25g sugar
10g salt
7g dry brewer’s yeast
1 egg (for greasing)
Sesame seeds (optional, for decoration)
For the burgers:
500g minced meat (beef or mixed)
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons milk Salt
and pepper
to taste Spices to taste (for example paprika, cumin, chilli)
Instructions:
Preparation of the milk buns:
Activate the yeast:
In a bowl, dissolve the dry brewer’s yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of the sugar removed from the whole. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes, until it starts to foam.
Make the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar and salt.
Add the milk with the yeast and mix.
Add the soft butter and knead until you get a smooth and elastic dough. You can knead by hand or use a mixer with a dough hook.
