Preparation and ingredients:
2 eggs.
Pinch of salt.
Beat well.
100 g sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Beat well until foamy.
100 ml milk.
20 g melted butter.
Zest of 1 lemon.
Mix well.
80 g wheat flour.
Mix well.
Peel 4-5 apples.
Cut the apples into thin slices.
Sprinkle the apples with the juice of 1/2 lemon.
