
Zucchini Tartlets: A Recipe for a Delicious Dish in the Blink of an Eye
1. **Preparing the zucchini base**:
– Preheat oven to 200°C

– Grate the zucchini and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean cloth or paper towel .



– In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini with the egg, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Mix well to combine .



2. **Forming the tartlets**:
– Line a baking tray with baking paper
.

– Place small mounds of the zucchini mixture on the baking tray and flatten them with a spoon, forming small round pancakes .



– Bake the zucchini bases for about 15 minutes, until lightly golden

3. **Add sauce and bake**:
– Remove the bases from the oven and spread tomato sauce over them

– Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and add your favorite toppings (e.g. mushrooms, tuna) .



– Place the tartlets back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown .
