Grate the zucchini and remove excess water.
Add the flour, cream cheese, yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil and grated zucchini to a bowl. Start mixing with a spatula and when the dough starts to form, knead with your hands until you have a compact dough.
Transfer the dough to a work surface and roll it out. Make circles using the form.
Transfer the dough discs to the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Cut the focaccia in half, add a piece of cheese and cooked ham. Transfer to the pan and cover with a lid so that the cheese melts. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the salad as the last layer and transfer to a plate.
