Preparation :
Fry the minced meat in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, briefly fry the finely chopped onion and pepper.
Add about 3/4 of the drained cherry tomatoes with spices and cook for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom.
Mix the remaining tomatoes with the spices and light cream. Place about half on a baking sheet.
Fill the wraps, roll them up and place them in the tin, then add the rest of the filling to the tin.
Pour the remaining sauce over the top, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
