Preparation

 

Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with a spoonful of milk. As soon as it has melted, remove it from the heat and then add the soft butter and lemon juice. Mix well.
Whip the cream and incorporate it into the chocolate, continuing to whip for 1 minute.
Then place this preparation in the refrigerator to let it harden.
Using a spoon, make balls from the mixture. Roll them between the palms of your hands to give them a nice round shape and place them in the refrigerator.
