Whenever I make this dish, the house smells divine. This dish is an absolute sensation
How to Follow
1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and wipe them dry. Just a little of salt and pepper will do.
2. Combine the sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, honey, and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce in a big basin.
Three, once you’ve covered the drumsticks with the sauce mixture, put them in the slow cooker.
4. Once the drumsticks are half-way done, cover and simmer for another six to seven hours, or cook for three to four hours on high.
If you want your drumsticks extra crispy after they’re cooked, put them on a baking pan and broil them for a little while.
6. If you like, you may pour more sauce over the drumsticks before serving them hot.
Changes and Hints
Consider adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika into the sauce mixture for an extra smokey flavor. To add some heat for those who like it, you may garnish with a little spicy sauce or crushed red pepper flakes. Use one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to make it tangier. If you’re in a rush, skip seasoning the chicken drumsticks and simply throw all the sauce ingredients into the slow cooker with the pre-seasoned ones.
