Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk.

Melt the salted butter over low heat .
Step 3 Add
the butter to the mixture.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and brown sugar, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 5
When the dough is soft, put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 6
Heat and grease a frying pan (oil or butter). When the pan is hot, place a small amount of pancakes on it (one third of a ladle). Spread the dough on the pan.
Step 7
When bubbles start to form on top, turn the pancake over with a spatula.
Step 8
For a nicer effect, cut the pancake with a cookie cutter in the shape of your choice.
Step 9
Serve hot with sugar, maple syrup, fruit….
