Beat the yolks with the sugar, then add the oil, water, flour, yeast and vanilla extract.

Beat the egg whites with salt and cream of tartar and add to the rest.

 

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake at 180° for 30 minutes, then at 160° for 20-25 minutes.
