METHOD
1. Divide the chocolate bars into several cubes.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and form a square bar, alternating the different chocolate cubes.
3. Make slits in the sides of the pastry and braid to cover everything.
4. Remove the beaten egg yolk with a little milk on the surface and add the flaked almonds.
5. Bake at 190°C/374°F for 20-25 minutes.
6. Sprinkle generously with icing sugar and serve hot.
