First, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
Then sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder and gradually incorporate it into the foam mixture.
Then work the cornflakes and chocolate into the mixture, preferably with a large wooden spoon, otherwise the mixer will crush the cornflakes too much.
Preheat the oven to 185°C.
Form small biscuits with the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake for about 13 minutes. The biscuits taste fantastic!
