PROCEDURE:
- Bring the milk and flour to the boil.
- Once thickened, remove from the heat and gradually add the egg yolks.
- Separately, in another saucepan, pour the water with the sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest and bring to the boil.
- Gradually add the syrup to the first egg mixture.
- Layer two sheets of puff pastry, roll up and form 12 equal pieces.
- Insert the puff pastry rolls into the molds and pour in the cream.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 290 degrees for 8/10 minutes.
