1. First, pour 6 drops of honey onto the baking paper.

3. Place the apple slices on each spoonful of honey.
4. Now add a little honey to the apples and place a rectangle of puff pastry on top of each portion of apples.
Then press the edges firmly with your fingers and paint with egg.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
6. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve. Enjoy!
