Today we will prepare a delicious baked meat dish that will decorate any festive table. The ease of preparation and the tenderness of the finished meat will not leave anyone indifferent.
For the dish we choose pork, excellent loin or carbonata, cut into thick slices of about 2 cm thick. We make careful cross cuts on each piece so that the meat becomes as soft and juicy as possible.
There is no need to beat the meat, just prepare it correctly.
After making the cuts, sprinkle the pieces of meat well with salt and black pepper. You can use any other favorite spices according to your taste.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl for the marinade. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream for a lighter consistency. Generously coat each piece of meat with this mixture, then turn it over and repeat.
