Tarte flambée roll for lunch, super easy!
1- First peel the onions and cut them into cubes together with the ham. Now add the cream cheese and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. If necessary you can also add a little Provençal herbs.
2. Then spread this mixture well on the rolled out puff pastry. Now carefully roll out the pastry and cut it into slices about 3 cm thick. Now arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C, more or less time depending on the desired level of browning.
We often eat these little treats hot or cold for Sunday brunch. The sandwiches can also be taken along to any party. You can change the filling at any time according to your taste.
