Chocolate cigarettes:
Roll out the puff pastry on a chopping board and cut into strips.
Brush a fork with oil and wrap a strip around the fork.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the forks and fill them with the hazelnut cream. Serve them all together on a platter.
Coffee spoons:
Roll out the puff pastry on the counter and place a tablespoon on the pastry. Cut the pastry into about teaspoons with a knife.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the cream cheese and tuna to the oil and mix. Fill the pastry bag.
Fill the teaspoons with the mixture and decorate with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
