Super Quick Cheese Bread Recipe
Throw in some sugar, 10 grams of dried yeast, and 400 milliliters of warm milk in a big basin. Wait 5 minutes or until it begins to foam.
To the yeast mixture, add 480 grams of wheat flour, 8 grams of salt, and 20 grams of olive oil.
Knead the dough for five to seven minutes until it is smooth and elastic after mixing till dough forms.
The dough needs 30 minutes to rest in a warm spot, covered with a clean cloth or cling film, or until it has doubled in size.

In a separate bowl, grate 200 grams of cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

Get your oven ready for 180°C (350°F).
After you’ve pounded the dough, split it into equal sections (or more, if you want different sized bread).
Form balls out of each part and press down gently.
