Super Creamy Ricotta Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
500g full-fat quark (or very thick yogurt if you don’t have quark)
4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Make the cake batter: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, heavy cream and pinch of salt. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to beat until smooth and well combined.
Prepare the pan: Lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or non-stick spray. You can also line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.
Pour the mixture into the pan: Once the cake batter is smooth, pour it into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
