Directions:
1. Combine sugar and butter in a stand mixer.
2. Add eggs, cream, almond flour, flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Flavor with vanilla extract.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
5. Arrange raspberries and almond flakes on top.
6. Bake at 170° for 35-40 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
