1. Melt the sugar in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the cold butter cut into pieces and the whipped cream.
3. Finally add the coffee and salt.
4. Filter the mixture and let it cool.
5. Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Then add salt.
6. Set aside, mix and sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
7. Then add the dry ingredients to the mixture, mixing gently.
8. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan covered with baking paper.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° for about 15 minutes.
10. Let cool, then make some cake discs.
11. Now prepare the filling: mix the cheese, vanilla sugar, icing sugar and whipped cream.
12. Assemble the truffles by filling them with cream cheese and caramel.
13. Cover with some crumbled leftover cake.
