METHOD
Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt and yeast.
Add the melted butter, milk, oil, eggs and sugar to the flour mixture. Knead until smooth.
Set aside the dough for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into pieces and roll them into balls. Flatten each ball into a disk and cover half with melted butter and sesame seeds.
Roll out the dough disks overlapping them and let rise for 1 hour.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
