Dissolve the yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast with the water and sugar.

Dough: In a large bowl, pour the flour and add the dissolved yeast, half of the milk and salt. Start kneading and gradually add the soft butter, kneading for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and soft.

Rising: Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, until doubled in volume.

Bread shaping: Take the dough, deflate it slightly and shape it into a loaf or a loaf. Place it in a plumcake mold or on a baking sheet.

Second rising: Cover and let rise for another hour.

Baking: Brush the surface with a little milk or oil, and add, if you like, coarse salt or sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
