Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Add the oil, milk, grated lemon zest and the juice.
Incorporate the flour by pouring it a little at a time. Then add the yeast too.
Cut an apple into cubes and add it to the mixture, cut the others into thin slices, leaving the peel on.
Pour the batter into a greased pan.
Arrange the sliced apples on the surface.
Bake in a static oven at 190° for 35 minutes.
