S’mores Cheesecake 


1️⃣ Once chilled, remove cheesecake from the pan and set on a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Place large marshmallows on top, leaving space around the edges. Bake at 5-10 minutes on convection until puffy. Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden.
3️⃣ Heat chocolate chips and whipping cream, stirring until smooth, and drizzle over the marshmallows. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Enjoy slightly warm for that gooey s’mores feel or serve cold from the fridge!
Storage:
Cover and refrigerate. Best enjoyed within 4-5 days.
