4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
Blanch the Broccoli:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics:
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
