Savoiardi Ice Cream: a fresh and delicious dessert!
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, powdered milk, and sugar. Use a mixer to whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
- Add the cream cheese to the whipped cream mixture and beat again until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
- Dip the ladyfingers in cold milk for a second, then place them on a piece of cling film and pour a little cream over them. Wrap well and freeze for 1 hour.
- Unwrap the frozen ice creams and pour the melted chocolate over them. Quickly decorate with some chopped hazelnuts until the chocolate hardens.
