Base: mix the flour with the butter, salt and egg. Make a smooth dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and bake it with the dried legumes at 200° for 15 minutes.
Filling: Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and milk. Brown the onion in a pan with butter, zucchini and ham.
Assemble the cake and bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
