- Initiate a mixed latte, lievito and zucchero.
- Combine the oil, olive oil, flour, salt and zucchini.
- Form an even impact and burn for 60/90 minutes at room temperature.
- Then remove the impasto and format the discs.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Friggere in large oil, immerse in the zucchero and rimper.
