Ricotta and strawberry squares: a soft and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250g cow’s milk ricotta
160g sugar (or even 180 if you want it a little sweeter)
3 eggs
90ml seed oil
250g flour 0.8g
baking powder (1/2 sachet)
half a tray of strawberries
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 teaspoons apricot jam (or to taste) to soften the surface
