Raisin Cake

In a suitable bowl, add the eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat. Add the yogurt, milk and oil and mix.
Add the sifted flour, yeast and salt in the sieve and mix. Add the raisins and continue mixing.
Pour the cake mortar that we have prepared into the cake pan, which is greased all over with solid oil.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Let’s unmold the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Spread it with jam, sprinkle it with coconut and serve it.
