1. In a small bowl add the cream cheese and tomato sauce and mix well.
2. Unroll the first roll of puff pastry on the cutting board and spread the previously prepared mixture. Close it with another roll of puff pastry.
3. Cut the shortcrust pastry into triangles with the pizza cutter and transfer them to the baking tray covered with baking paper.
4. Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg, transfer to the oven and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden.
5. Cut them into triangles and serve with ketchup.
