Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Then boil them.
Mash the potatoes and add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, chopped parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.
Form pancakes with oiled hands.
Fry in a pan with oil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Prepare a side sauce by mixing mayonnaise, soy sauce and minced garlic.
