Ingredients :

125 ml milk
250 g + some flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic
2 mozzarella balls
For sprinkling pepper, dried Italian herbs and chili flakes
some oil for shaping
Preparation:
1. Beat the egg. Melted butter. Heat the milk in a saucepan until lukewarm. Then add the flour, dry yeast, sugar, egg, butter, milk and salt to a large bowl.

2. First knead all the ingredients with the dough hook of a hand mixer, then with your hands, until you obtain a smooth and very soft yeast dough.
3. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and set aside for 1 hour until the dough has at least doubled in volume.
4. Cut the mozzarella into strips. Now knead the dough again with a little flour and form a ball. Preheat the oven (top and bottom temperature 210°C).
5. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and, with a little oil on your hands, form a round, flat cake with a diameter of approx. 25cm.
