Chocolate Ganache:
9 oz (254 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
3/4 cup (180 mL) heavy whipping cream, divided
Chocolate Whipped Cream and Additional Toppings:
1/2 cup (120 mL) heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tbsp (15 g) powdered sugar
2 tbsp (14 g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
Brownies, chopped (for garnish)
Oreos, chopped (for garnish)
Chocolate chip cookies, chopped (for garnish)

1. Prepare the Brownie Base:
Preheat Oven: Follow the instructions on the brownie mix package. Preheat the oven as directed.
Prepare Pan: Grease an 8Γ—3 inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Grease the top side of the parchment paper.
Bake Brownies: Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the box. Bake in the prepared pan. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan. Clean and dry the pan for assembly.
