What attracts you to this preparation
Pour milk over the cookies and then put them into the molds.
Beat together sugar and egg yolks; add starch and vanilla essence.
After mixing, add milk and sweet cream. To avoid lumps, mix well before cooking, stirring regularly, until thickened.
While mixing, melt the chocolate.
After the cookies have cooled to room temperature, pour the filling on top. Cover with transparent aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least three to four hours.
Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
