- In a saucepan add the milk, sugar and whisk.
- In a bowl add the egg yolk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, previously prepared milk and beat everything together.
- Return the pan to the heat and whisk until thickened.
- In a separate bowl, add the liquid cream and create the whipped cream, mixing it into the previously prepared mixture.
- Add the biscuits to the milk and place the first layer on the baking tray.
- Add the mixture to the biscuits, level with a spatula and add the chocolate chips on top.
- Add two more layers of biscuits and the mixture and let cool in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
- In a bowl, add dark chocolate, butter and microwave for about 2 minutes. Combine well.
- Add the chocolate glaze and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
